[RBP 10,015] Prescribed times under section 7 of the Act3

For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the prescribed time for the Committee to—
  • (a)direct approval agencies to consider and identify the necessary approvals required to issue a building permit under section 7(a) is 5 working days; and
  • (b)direct an authority to issue a building permit under section 7(d) is 7 working days.
